Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Infira Media collects through infiramedia.com, why, who processes it, and how long we keep it. Infira Media is run by its founders, Greg and Max.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name, business name and work email
- Your phone number and website, if you add them
- The service you're interested in, your message, your ad budget range if you choose one, and how you'd like us to reach you
- That you agreed to be contacted about your inquiry, and when
We also save a few details about how you found us: campaign tags from the link you followed (for example utm_source), the page you first landed on, the name of the website that referred you, and your approximate country as determined by our hosting provider. We don't save your IP address with your inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. While you browse, your browser keeps the campaign tags described above in session storage for that tab only, so they can be attached to your inquiry. They're cleared when you send the form or close the tab.
If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and set up a call
- To understand which of our own marketing brings in inquiries
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse
We don't sell your information. We don't send you marketing emails or text messages because you filled out the form.
Who processes it
The site and the form run on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores inquiries and handles security and abuse protection on our behalf. Cloudflare keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site for up to seven days. If we start using a CRM or email service to manage inquiries, we'll list it here.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stored by the website are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to work with you for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Send the request through the contact form using the same email address, and we'll act on it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
